Chill Tubs warranty provides coverage for defects in workmanship and defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. This warranty is valid for 12 months for commercial use.
At Scunthorpe Hot Tubs, the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. To ensure that you receive the products in the best possible condition, we encourage you to inspect the packaging of your items upon delivery. If you notice any damages, please tell the delivery guy if possible, and make a note of it when signing for delivery, send us photos of the damage, along with the SKU and order number, along with a brief description to info@scunthorpehottubs.co.uk within 24 hours.

Payments made on our website are processed by Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest grade of payment processing security, meaning you can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.
You can either pay in full or pay a deposit by credit or debit card below. If there is any remaining balance it will be payable via BACS 2-3 days before delivery, or via a finance agreement if in place.
